Browsing the website
The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and security providers process technical connection information, such as IP addresses, request details and browser information, to deliver and protect the website. The purpose is secure, reliable website operation; the relevant basis is legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Provider logs follow the hosting providers’ retention arrangements.
Cookies, local storage and optional fonts
This page does not install analytics, advertising pixels or embedded social-media widgets. Its images and base Manrope font are served with the website. Links to Behance and Pinterest take you to external websites only when clicked.
- Essential preference storage: the local-storage entry
lz_privacy_v1holds your selected font preference, notice version, selection time and expiry time. It stays in this browser for up to 180 days unless you clear it or replace your choice. Expired entries are removed on the next visit. It is not sent to the studio or used for tracking. - Optional Google Fonts: disabled until you explicitly allow it. When enabled, the browser requests editorial fonts from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Google receives connection and request information, including your IP address. This optional connection relies on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. The site works with local and standard fonts if you decline.
Use to change or withdraw your permission. Withdrawal stops future optional font loading; it cannot undo information already transmitted. Clearing browser storage also removes your recorded choice. No optional service is enabled by scrolling, closing the settings window or continuing to browse.
Our preferences control the optional Google Fonts connection added by this page. Essential hosting/security features and processing on external websites are separate. See Google’s privacy policy, OpenAI’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy for their information.
Sending a project enquiry
When you submit the enquiry form, your name, email address, project type, message and privacy acknowledgement are sent to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards the enquiry to the studio’s Gmail inbox. Technical request information is also received by the service. No request to FormSubmit is made by this page before you submit the form. Its submission page may present separate security checks, including a CAPTCHA.
We use enquiry information to respond and discuss your project. For prospective client requests this is processing needed to take steps at your request before a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for other correspondence, our legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f). The privacy acknowledgement is confirmation that you have read this notice, not marketing consent. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Only provide details necessary to discuss your project; avoid sensitive personal information. The required contact fields are needed to respond. You can choose not to submit the form. Cookie/font preferences do not prevent you from sending an enquiry.
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting project or legal obligations. FormSubmit and the email provider have their own processing and retention arrangements. See FormSubmit’s privacy information and Google’s privacy policy.
Service providers and international processing
Our website hosting, optional font service, form delivery service and email provider may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their linked privacy information describes their processing locations and applicable transfer arrangements. You can contact the studio for information about the providers used for your enquiry.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent to optional fonts at any time without affecting prior processing. Contact the studio using the address above. You may complain to your local data protection authority; in Hamburg, see the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. This website does not use enquiry information for automated decisions or profiling.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when the website’s services or privacy choices change. A new consent version will ask you to choose again before optional services are enabled.
